Role Description Do you have experience leading a team in Workplace strategy, workspace design, and occupancy planning? Are you a strategic-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the workplace market, including current and future trends? Our Global Real Estate Workplace Strategy team is seeking an experienced team leader to join and contribute to our mission of fostering a data-led culture. Joining and leading the Workplace Strategy team at our company means playing a pivotal role in shaping our global vision for the future of workspaces and collaboration. Your leadership and strategic experience will be essential in guiding our organization toward innovative and supportive ways of working. Your role is crucial in defining the future of our work environment and fostering connectivity among our teams. This role can be based at our Headquarters in Rahway, NJ (USA) or London, United Kingdom. Core Responsibilities Lead a global team of workplace strategists and support the development and growth of our company's Global Workplace Strategy proposition to the real estate market. Serve as a subject matter expert for our Workplace Strategy team, combining headcount forecast data, design trends, space planning, and occupancy planning to support the organization's workplace strategy. Develop a thought leadership strategy to promote our function in the market, identify workplace opportunities, and deliver improvement solutions. Manage the Occupancy Planning teams and develop a strategy for the dynamics of Workplace moves, re-organization, and new site/project deliveries. Understand the future of the workplace post-COVID and Working-from-home strategies currently in the market. Keep current with emerging trends and insights about workplace strategy, design, and standard processes. Education: A bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or other relevant design-related field with specific experience in workplace strategy. Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of working experience in workplace strategy or workplace interior design. Strong program management and strategy execution skills with experience managing global teams of workplace strategists. Experienced in delivering workplace solutions and strategies at a campus level within a corporate environment, preferably in a consulting or corporate transformation context. Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting. Ability to interact effectively with senior client leaders. Emotional intelligence, growth mindset, curiosity, motivation, team-oriented, organization, flexibility, strong communication, collaboration, consultative approach, creative & strategic thinking, executive presence, optimism in adversity, and perseverance in extended assignments. Preferred Skills and Experience MBA, operations, consulting firm, and multi-industry experience. The ability to take on greater responsibility in the organization over time. Employee Status:

Your role will involve leading and collaborating with a diverse global team, allowing you to make significant contributions to large-scale projects worldwide. The ideal candidate should have a relevant educational background in Architecture, Workplace Strategy, or similar fields. Additionally, they should have substantial experience leading a team of workplace strategists and delivering large-scale campus strategy projects in different geographies. You should also be skilled in collaborating across functions, working with businesses to provide data-based solutions, and expertise in space planning, user research, occupancy planning and strategy, and space programming.
