Senior Business Analyst HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm DUTIES: Design solutions and provide technical solutions for IT projects with detailed documentation; Evaluate business processes and user requirements related to enterprise-wide enabling technologies, planning, budgeting, forecasting, operations, and management reporting. Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. Collaborate with a global team of Program Managers, Software Engineers, and Business Users to define KPIs and measure the reliability, availability, and performance of our internal services. Measure integrations with external services. Formulate designs, develop specs, and drive them to across PM, Dev, and Test teams. Consult, design, and implement ERP (JDE/SAP) solutions, as well as integrate them with E-Commerce processes. Build and maintain the services within a JDE and SAP DevOps environment. Ensure the SDLC team adheres to SOX controls. Assist, mentor and coach team members in the Scrum Agile Framework and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) while leading the engineering team through agile development and release cycles. Partner with enterprise architecture, development, testing, and support teams to analyze requirements, develop designs, create specs, and lead the designs to completion via virtual team leadership across PM, Development, Testing, and Support to deliver business and operations outcomes and objectives. Can work remotely or telecommute. REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM Education Requirement:
Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Technology Management, or a related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement:
Eight years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience. Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Technology Management or a related field of study plus 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience. Required knowledge or experience with: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), principles and framework; Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies. BPA (Business Process Analysis), BPM (Business Process Modelling), Fit Gap Analysis, SWOT Analysis; Account to Close (General Accounting), Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable), or Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) process streams; Integration of Oracle JD Edwards ERP systems with external systems such as Concur, Hyperion, BofA (Bank of America) works; Oracle ERP JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Accounting; Oracle ERP JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system architecture, software design, database files, relational database concepts; ITSM concepts and incident resolution management system including JIRA or ServiceNow; SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and SoD (Segregation of Duties); and SQL Statements to resolve data inconsistency issues.
