is seeking a

Business Operations Analyst- Process Improvement

in Washington, DC. The objective of this work is to support a large GenAI program for our IRS customer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Business Process Engineer works closely with various stakeholders across the agency to solicit, document, analyze, improve, and streamline business processes and workflows to track and manage impact of 6 Generative AI product implementations. They will communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and team members, generating communications, documentation, and executive-level briefs, and other communications. The BPE will identify and design impact measurement methods for our use cases, track user adoption over time, and actively identify risks in user adoption across user groups. In addition to end customers, the BPE will introduce efficiencies on the team, improving how the team operates and conducts work.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define, deconstruct, and re-engineer client business processes Strong quantitative analytical skills using Excel, R, data visualization Statistical analysis experience (use of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, R) Visualization Experience (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word) Ability to obtain and maintain an IRS security clearance
