You will work alongside partners in engineering, product, design, and research to build tools and technologies that keep our players safe. You will lead a passionate engineering team responsible for developing Microsoft Windows PC based software for the PlayStation and other applications/devices. You will be responsible for providing strong technical leadership in highly secure and performant PC-based software design and development. Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, mentor, grow, and empower your team to achieve personal and professional goals Understand the product requirements and create technical specification as a product owner Lead day-to-day activities of the team using Agile/Scrum methodology Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to coordinate development activities Guide the team technically to build high quality products Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of PlayStation's engineering management team Recruit and build a great team We’re looking for someone who has:

3+ years of people management experience A bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience Hands-on experience building software products Experience in building high-performance Windows applications or SDK Working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Proven history of recruiting and building great teams Ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility Great written and verbal communication skills Passion for supporting team member’s career growth It would be great if you:

Experience with game development or game engine development is a strong plus Experience with Windows/PC Security software development a strong plus We have a very flexible work-from-home policy as well: live close enough to the office for occasional in-person meetings and events, otherwise, work in the office as much or as little as you like!
