The Sr. Solution Architect is responsible for the solution planning, project status auditing, and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: promotion, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering and purchasing, CM, vendors, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Solution Architect’s job also includes ensuring that the product solution supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead an engineering team to design and develop data center solutions based on customer applications such as AI, HPC, Cloud and Scale-out storage, etc. Work with solution PMs and with ODMs on mechanical, thermal & electrical aspects of system design Support pre-sales/BDM/FAE effort by creating solid solution design proposals Manage the technical aspects of the solution integration, testing, and implementation of customer technical requirements Provide technical instructions to integration, testing and deployment teams Play a key role in technical review of pre-sales engineering to post sales integration, testing and deployment, responsible for overall build quality and technical soundness of the customer projects Ability to define appropriate storage system configurations that satisfy production application performance and service level requirements Responsible for study and training of latest IT and data center technologies to enhance teams overall technical skill and expertise Responsible for developing team plans and strategies to meet competitions Qualifications:
• BSEE/CS, MSEE/CS with 8+ years in product technology and system level integration • Deep knowledge in data center infrastructures such as Cloud, HPC, AI/ML infrastructures • Knowledge of and experience with scale-out file/object storage and parallel filesystems for providing scalable shared access to data for compute clusters along with familiarity with common storage concepts such as NFS/S3 access protocols, erasure encoding, deduplication, encryption, versioning, tiering, data management, and backup • Strong knowledge of server technologies, capable of working with CSPs and SMC partners to define rack scale solutions and data center infrastructures • Solid experience in large scale data center projects from design to deployment • Adept at conducting presentations to peers, cross-functional teams and director level leadership with an understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products, and competitor's offerings • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment • Strong ability to lead engineering teams and grow team’s capabilities Salary Range:
$159,000-$200,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement:
