Senior UX Designer - Walmart Connect

Position Summary: As a Senior UX Designer for Walmart Connect, you’ll be designing for Walmart’s industry defining omnichannel ad platforms at scale to enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey. You will transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experiences while focusing on the experiences that enable our advertisers to use any of our platforms effectively. What you'll do: A strong design aesthetic that brings together brand expressions, product design, and systems thinking. You practice user centered and inclusive design. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Preferred Qualifications: Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
