Evoke is seeking a
Project Manager
to join our team! Responsibilities:
Provide project management services to VBA's Office of Business Integration (OBI) for a variety of projects. Support will conform with PMBOK project management best practices. Assist the Government in implementing disciplined, comprehensive, flexible program and project management processes, including monitoring and facilitating/account manager on project metrics, rigorous risk management, and prompt reporting on Government-approved cost, schedule, and scope baselines. Includes drafting and updating project schedules using MS Project, Salesforce, or other applications as determined. Document meetings by providing comprehensive minutes to include discussion items, action taken, risks, action items, and issues. Provide minutes (and any other contractor-authored documents) for VBA review and approval. Provide support to VBA governing bodies through the preparation of agendas, scheduling of meetings, and development of meeting materials (pre- and post-meeting). Ensure meeting space with needed technology is reserved and available for project team. Draft plans, memoranda, briefings, articles, and other documents to support communications to VBA leaders and internal and external stakeholders. Support the review of deliverables pertaining to the projects. Develop strategies, operations, and procedures resulting in improved production. Provide executive-level briefing materials with talking points and graphics. Prepare documents for Integrated Project Teams, Initiative Workgroups, ad-hoc meetings and other meetings as necessary. Professional Experience and Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Suite. Ability to provide integrated strategic and communication support. Education and Years of Experience:
5 years relevant experience in a related role. Bachelor's of Arts or Bachelor's of Science degree required. Desired: PMP, LSS, CSM or other relevant certification. Security Clearance:
