Job Description
Our Vision:
At Trinity Pension Consultants, our vision is to be the essential Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in seven states by 2030 and to be the TPA that financial advisors and retirement plan sponsors can't live out by providing exceptional value and solutions. We simplify complex pension concepts for advisors and plan sponsors.
Are You Ready to Make an Impact?
Are you ready to utilize your sales acumen to build impactful relationships in a technical sales environment? Are you driven to work for a company that's reshaping the retirement plan administration landscape? Do you possess the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly, and the drive to close business with a consultative approach?
Then join us!
Who We Are:
Trinity Pension Consultants, Inc. is a leading regional, independent, non-producing Third-Party Administration (TPA) firm located in Akron, Ohio. Trinity collaborates with retirement plan sponsors and their associated financial professionals in delivering a highly effective administration and compliance solution for qualified retirement plans across the US. As we expand our sales territories across the Midwest, we're looking for a talented, results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP) to help fuel our growth.
What You'll Do as the Regional Vice President of Retirement Sales:
You will hold an outside sales role, executing the sales process from prospecting to securing new clients. Your responsibilities will include building new relationships with financial partners for ongoing business, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than one-time sales, qualifying prospects, and generating face-to-face meetings to achieve sales targets by winning Cash Balance and Defined Contribution Plans.
Requirements
Who You Are:

You thrive in a long sales cycle and have a proven track record of successfully closing high-value accounts. You possess the ability to dig deeper into prospects' challenges, reframe their perspectives, and present solutions that align with their needs. You're adept at conveying technical information in a clear and understandable way, both to prospects and internal teams.
What You'll Need: • 3-5 years of proven high-value sales experience, particularly in a long sales cycle with complex products or services. • A bachelor's degree or relative experience. • Must obtain ASPPA QKA Designation within 4 months of employment. • Strong communication, listening, presentation, and computer/software skills. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals. • Drive and discipline to stay focused with a commitment to excellence. • Willingness to travel daily within your assigned territory and occasional overnight stays. • You must reside within your assigned territory; we do not offer relocation. • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
