The Apple TV video marketing team is seeking an experienced marketing lead to drive global consumer audience growth and engagement of video services in Apple TV. This role will report to the Global Head of Apple TV video marketing and will partner with multiple teams to conceive and develop marketing strategies that grow the subscriber base globally for Apple TV+ and third-party offerings.
Description
- Develop marketing strategy and initiatives that drive consumer awareness, acquisition and engagement of Apple TV video services, with a strong emphasis on Apple TV+ subscription service. - Design and drive global go-to-market plans, with geo-specific nuance, that integrate business goals, content strategy, product and service features, value propositions and creative approach. This should also produce an understanding of marketing contribution to signups and engagement across all channels. - Driving thought strategy and planning of a dedicated global paid media investment towards TV+ paid plan growth on connected home platforms. - Coordinate and deliver cross-service opportunities such as Apple TV+ bundles, third-party contingent offers, and other special offerings. - Accountable for promoting Apple TV video offerings such as third-party digital buy/renting using marketing and partnership levers that have a low reliance on advertising investment. - Responsible for driving and maintaining Apple TV creative and messaging consistency across all consumer-facing channels and platforms. - Manage a global video marketing budget, allocations, trade-offs, and investment choices against return on business priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of relevant marketing experience within the video subscription space with a strong analytical background. Experience in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns working with multiple partners and functional teams. Experience working in a truly global capacity and have partnered with international teams to drive success. Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Intense cross-functional effectiveness across a variety of functions such as content development, content marketing, creative, legal, business affairs, analytics, product, and more. Strong marketing analytical acumen with ability to both brief in analytical assessments and draw out key insights from results. You foster and maintain positive relationship management abilities and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills. You have strong presentation skills and experience with crafting Keynote presentations for marketing strategy and planning. MBA preferred.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,700 and $266,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
