Key Responsibilities:
Help biopharma and/or biotech clients, and other organizations in the broader healthcare ecosystem, get products to patients faster.
Head up teams designing and deploying solutions focusing on the end-to-end R&D lifecycle.
Advise clients on how they can use the next generation of digital capabilities to become data-driven, AI-enabled organizations.
Build relationships with senior clients that help Accenture become a trusted partner.
Provide subject matter expertise in R&D technologies such as EDC, CDMS, RIM, PV DB, etc.
Typical projects consist of a definition of an R&D IT roadmap, assessment of the current technology footprint and/or design and implementation of R&D systems to achieve a desired future state.
Drive business development efforts and help build the Accenture Consulting practice.
Develop Accenture’s thought leadership and technical expertise in pharmaceutical, med tech and/or biopharma R&D.
Qualifications:
Here’s What You Need:
At least seven years of consulting experience.
At least seven years experience working in the Life Sciences R&D industry.
A Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills):
Your Bachelor’s degree has a major in science or health engineering.
A deep understanding of pharma, med tech and/or biopharma R&D and product life cycle processes and technologies.
You’ve got at least four years of experience in the Life Sciences R&D industry in at least one of the following areas: research, clinical development/operations, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, medical affairs, medtech, patient services, MD&D (medical device and diagnostics) or related areas (CROs), health institutions, health technology companies, etc.
You’ve worked in a top-tier consulting firm with a strong emphasis on management consulting.
You have a network of existing clients in the Life Sciences field.
You’ve got deep strategic consulting experience including solving big issues on time and on budget.
You’re excellent at attracting clients and brokering deals.
Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
