We are seeking a Director, Marketing, in Atlanta who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that build our brand, showcase the depth and breadth of our offerings, and support growth.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic marketing partner to internal clients and business leaders, supporting various product categories, geographic markets, and market sectors. This role involves creating comprehensive marketing plans supporting various business initiatives and lead trade show strategy and execution. This person will ensure consistency with BrandSafway brand strategy, develop strategic messaging and execution plans, manage a pipeline of marketing deliverables, and lead a team of marketing professionals.
As a newly created role, the ideal candidate would be passionate about developing processes that will push us forward and building key partnerships in support of a highly collaborative environment. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Marketing Partnership: Serve as a strategic marketing partner to company leadership, supporting various product categories, geographic markets, and market sectors. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales & product development to drive and execute cohesive marketing strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of relationship managers assigned to different product categories and geographies. Act as a culture builder and change agent. Establish key processes critical to success and continuous improvement. Brand and Strategy Management: Passionately champion the BrandSafway brand, ensuring consistency with overall strategy. Trade Show and Event Management: Develop and execute trade show strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage all aspects of trade show planning, including logistics, booth design, etc. Work cross-functionally with internal partners and business leaders to bring events to life and tell our story. Marketing Deliverables: Manage a pipeline of marketing deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output. Write key messaging and compelling copy for marketing campaigns, including ads, sell sheets, and other promotional materials. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the industrial or construction market. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Deep understanding of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Experience with content marketing and thought leadership in the construction industry.
