A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney Associate to join its Los Angeles-based team. Duties
Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances across California. Prepare pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, trial briefs, and other legal documents. Conduct case analysis and develop litigation strategies. Manage case files, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service. Effectively communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Requirements
Active admission to the State Bar of California. 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Demonstrated ability to manage litigation cases independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to travel throughout California for court hearings, depositions, and trials. Commitment to representing injured clients and holding insurance companies accountable. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active membership with the State Bar of California. Skills
Strong legal research and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills for guiding team members in managed departments.
