Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous US Job Summary The Webstore Manager will oversee the operational, marketing, and technical aspects of our Leader in Me product webstore, powered by Shopify, to drive revenue growth and profitability. This role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience while effectively managing product listings, customer interactions, and supply chain management including order fulfillment processes. Essential Job Functions Product Development
Identify top selling and profitable products through dynamic reporting. Partner with central product development team to retire products and source new products.
Webstore Administration
Maintain and monitor product listings, including product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory levels. Maintain and monitor different customer types and related profiles including specific pricing conditions. Maintain product categories, tags, and search functionalities to improve customer experience with website navigation. Ensure the webstore operates smoothly by addressing any defects or issues through collaboration with relevant teams including internal IT and external technical support.
Webstore Order Monitoring
Monitor the receipt, fulfillment, and shipment of webstore orders. Handle any webstore order modifications or cancellations. Monitor low stock levels for webstore orders and collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient supply management. Monitor the configuration of shipping methods, shipping rates, and delivery of webstore orders accordingly.
Customer Service
Respond to customer-related inquiries regarding product information, orders, returns, and refunds. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds based on the webstore's policies.
Marketing
Monitor marketing campaigns, such as discounts, promotions, and loyalty programs. Partner with central marketing team for branding messaging, advertising, and content/collateral creation.
App Integration and Plugins
Collaborate with external technical partners and internal functional and technical SMEs to ensure seamless and efficient integration between Shopify and enterprise systems such as ERP, Tax, CRM, Pricing, Marketing, and Business Intelligence. Ensure integrations are up to date, addressing exceptions as necessary.
Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in e-commerce. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in Pre-K-12 Education. Shopify or Magento webstore experience. Understanding of supply chain logistics. Familiarity with order management processes. Proficiency in product setup, promotional code creation, and promotional banner design. Experience managing returns, refunds, and cancellations. Ability to analyze reporting data for decision-making. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with technical partners and various teams. Compensation California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $75-80k.
