You are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
Use your HR Transformation knowledge and SuccessFactors technical expertise to decipher clients’ transformation needs.
Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SuccessFactors to build state-of-the-art HR solutions, leading sales pursuits and opportunity development of solutions powered by SuccessFactors.
Lead delivery of stand-out solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success.
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture continue to be the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life.
Help the continued growth of Accenture’s SuccessFactors practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts.
Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SuccessFactors practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in HR transformation.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 10 years experience leading SAP SuccessFactors HR transformation programs, including being a trusted advisor to clients on how to create roadmaps and business cases, set up and mobilize, and drive execution and successful business outcomes.
Minimum 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
Hands-on experience and knowledge of SuccessFactors architecture and functional processes, in addition to PMO methods.
Experience managing teams in a Global Delivery Model.
Prior experience in a consulting and/or advisory role.
Experience and certifications across multiple SuccessFactors Core and Talent modules.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington.

California $131,100 to $336,900
Colorado $131,100 to $291,100
District of Columbia $139,600 to $309,900
New York $121,400 to $336,900
Maryland $121,400 to $269,500
Washington $139,600 to $309,900
