Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a hands-on, result-oriented Senior Director of Technology and Business Enablement to join the team located in San Jose, CA. To further scale and accelerate our first-to-market, cutting-edge AI servers, AI storage, data center infrastructure and liquid cooling rack level total solutions, we are looking for a proven technology and business enablement leader to help us identify new technology and business opportunities to support accelerated growth, expand into new markets, optimize existing partnerships and help build a world-class technology and business enablement function. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties to be assigned based on business needs):

Strong technical background and experience with IT equipment for data center environments (architecture, design, deployment, life-cycle management). Technical experience with server, GPU, storage and network clustering is ideal. Act as the business owner and leader to drive large cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer solutions for company revenue growth. Manage complex and dynamic relationships with large technology partners to influence direction and deliverables. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems with a sense of urgency. Effective leadership, communications skills and strong work ethics are a must. Some travel required. Qualifications:

Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science preferred. Business and customer engagement experience is strongly desired. 15+ years’ experience in the IT product or semiconductor industry with experience in at least one of the following roles: development management, architecture, technology/solution enablement, technical product/program/project management, FAE, technology alliance, or business development. Experience in GPU based accelerated computing is highly desired. Excellent customer/partner relationship management, negotiation, and influence skills. Strong executive presence with a track record of leading successful landings. Solid communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate with high level (preferably C-level executive) clients effectively. Strong leadership – able to manage multi-functional teams with high efficiency, able to resolve complex issues and deliver results under stringent deadlines. Salary Range:

$200,000 - $210,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement:
