You are a dynamic leader who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving, comfortable working through ambiguity and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
In Technology Strategy you will:
Shape vision and contribute toward Data & AI Strategy practice growth and development.
Define visionary strategies for AI adoption to power new revenue streams, go-to-market opportunities, and unique value proposition for clients.
Design actionable roadmaps for implementing AI and data-driven solutions, managing the full lifecycle from strategy development to execution.
Assess maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.
Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-powered organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
Have the ability to travel up to 100%.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in Data & AI Strategy and Advisory.
Minimum of 5 years of experience executing data-driven projects, programs, and innovation to clients.
Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points If:
Experience in a sales capacity.
Leadership experience with quantitative, data science, or analytics teams.
You have experience with data acquisition, ingestion, consumption, and pre-processing / feature engineering for AI projects.
