As the
Store Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of your store by: Driving Sales Growth : Implement strategies to increase sales, expand our professional customer base, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Building Customer Relationships : Serve as a trusted advisor to professional painters, contractors, and builders by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Leading the Team : Motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals. Owning Store Operations : Manage inventory, ensure merchandising excellence, and maintain a clean, professional store environment. Executing Business Plans : Collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute strategies that align with regional and corporate sales goals. Fostering a Pro-Focused Culture : Create a store environment that’s welcoming, efficient, and designed for the professional customer. What You’ll Bring:
Leadership Skills : Experience managing and motivating a team to achieve goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Customer-Centric Approach : A knack for understanding the needs of professional customers and providing tailored solutions. Operational Excellence : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations. Sales Expertise : A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in B2B or professional markets a big plus. Industry Knowledge : Experience in the paint, coatings, or construction industry is strongly preferred, but not a must—we’ll train the right candidate. Physical Capability : The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting, carrying and moving multiple containers that weigh up to 65lbs throughout the day, and performing light warehouse tasks.
