Our mission is to protect the U.S. and its allies by equipping them with innovative and scalable solutions to address the emerging threats posed by mass-manufacturable drones. As one of the first engineers at the company, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape and develop the MVP for our groundbreaking product. This is a generalist role that requires self-direction, adaptability, and a passion for learning quickly. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate on the design and development of the company’s first product MVP - an edge-deployed laser system for drone defense. Build high-performance, real-time systems using compiled languages such as C++ or Rust. Work on robotics systems and integrate cutting-edge technologies to deliver a robust, scalable solution. Engage in hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system performance. Contribute to the overall mission of advancing scalable defense solutions. Requirements: 0-10 years of engineering experience (we hire for passion, not just credentials). US Citizenship is a must. Evidence of self-directed projects in CS or robotics. Proficiency in developing real-time systems using C++, Rust, or similar compiled languages. A passion for building products and contributing to mission-driven projects.
