Travel Physical Therapist - $3,144 per week

Certification Details BLS Ohio License Job Details 90% Outpatient and 10% Observation patients. The PT will work 36-40 hours/week, varied day shifts, Monday-Friday, with at least one (possibly two) days/week working until 5:30p. The PT will work primarily with an adult population, but some pediatric experience is also needed. EPIC EMR is used. PT should have at least 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience. Experience with orthopedics and/or concussion, vestibular and pelvic control therapy strongly preferred. The PT will be required to float and travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites. There will be no additional mileage reimbursement. Job Requirements BLS required. Ohio license and registry required (cannot be in process). Schedule Information Varied day shifts, Monday-Friday. At least one (possibly two) days/week working until 5:30p.
