Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Coordination:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, setup, and breakdown, to ensure seamless execution. Support to Event Manager:

Aid the Event Manager in managing event schedules, budgets, resources, and team coordination. Team Supervision:

Help oversee event staff and volunteers, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities for successful event operations. Attendee Engagement:

Interact with event attendees, providing information and enhancing their overall experience. Promotional Support:

Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials to effectively market events. Event Monitoring:

Monitor event activities, address issues as they arise, and ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly. Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative support by preparing reports, tracking event performance, and maintaining event-related documentation. Collaborative Strategy Development:

Work with the team to develop and implement event strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Communication Skills:
