Responsibilities:

• Operate High-Temperature Vacuum Furnaces: Load, unload, and operate furnaces following established protocols and specifications.
• Monitor Furnace Performance: Oversee critical parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure optimal functioning and maintain product quality.
• Maintain Furnace Equipment: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Document Furnace Operations: Keep detailed records of furnace runs, including temperature profiles, pressure data, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Inspect and Evaluate Finished Products: Examine materials and components for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards. Proper handling of delicate machined graphite parts is essential.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Workspace: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Post-Processing of Graphite Parts: Perform necessary post-furnace treatments on graphite components.
• Collaborate Effectively: Maintain clear and cooperative communication with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating high-temperature vacuum furnaces (1,000-2,000°ree;C).
• Strong knowledge of vacuum technology and furnace operation principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
