Supply Chain Performance Project Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain Performance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing performance for growth in Engineered to Order operations, across multiple locations in multi-country/regional scale. Your main objective will be to focus on specific performance challenges to evaluate performance, determine Schneider Performance System best practices to deploy or enhance. You will also play a vital role in training and coaching teams to ensure sustainability and promoting the use of Smart and Digital solutions to support supply chain performance improvement.

Preferred location is Franklin, TN, but position is open to anywhere in the US

What will you do? • Diagnose supply chain challenges and promote problem solving methodology across different layers in the organization. • Standardize and deploy exemplary practices in Schneider Production Systems animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, and standards design. • Train and coach teams to ensure the sustainability of performance improvement initiatives. • Promote and utilize necessary Smart and Digital solutions to support supply chain performance improvement. • Optimize physical and information flows, surfaces, lead time, direct labor, and equipment efficiency through lean diagnosis, DMAIC, Kaizen events, Lean Office diagnosis, and other methodologies. • Support entities in areas such as safety, Customer Service and Quality (process robustness), delivery, Supply Chain deployment, and Human Resources competencies. • Act as a cross-functional facilitator, collaborating with high-level process owners and sponsors. • Lead specific events if there is a lack of competency in the entity and Supply Chain Performance Leader. • Travel expectations initially 70%-75%.

What qualifications will make you successful? • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related fields is required. • Proven implementations of solutions to challenges for Engineered to Order operations, specifically focused on growth and performance improvement. • Familiarity with Smart and Digital solutions used in the supply chain and the ability to support entities in their implementation and effective usage. Ability to propose and promote new Digital solutions that enhance engineering, planning, and shop floor performance. • Strong knowledge of Lean Digitization System, Digitized Idea and SIM System, ERP, Computerized Maintenance Management System, and other relevant tools to support variable work content and challenge their usage. • Proficiency in data management to leverage data for decision-making. • Ability to train, coach, and support teams for sustainability. • Expertise in Schneider/Supply Chain Production Systems, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $164,000 - $246,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
