Role Summary

URBN is searching for an HRIS Specialist to join the organization. As a key member of the URBN HRIS team, the HRIS Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of URBN's HRIS, Payroll, and Talent systems. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of these systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize system performance, implement new functionalities, and ensure processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency across the organization.

Role Responsibilities

System Expertise:

Acting as a subject matter expert for HRIS, Payroll, and Talent systems. Daily Support:

Managing user permissions, data auditing, and maintaining data integrity. System Updates:

Supporting software releases and change management. Troubleshooting:

Providing Tier 2 support for complex system issues. Training:

Developing training materials and enhancing the employee self-service experience. Reporting:

Generating reports and collaborating on custom reports and dashboards. Project Support:

Assisting with administrative project tasks. Data Handling:

Managing sensitive data with discretion. Role Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:

2-3 years of experience in HRIS, HR, or Payroll system administration. Technical Skills:

Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) is preferred. Proficiency with other cloud HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and/or Payroll software is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of employment, payroll, timekeeping, and wage & hour regulations. Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
