Purpose:

Oversees external marketing efforts including updating websites using WordPress and Typo3, managing webstores, creating newsletters, and developing engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Essential Job Functions

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Design promotional materials, brochures, and digital content that align with our brand identity.

Photography and Video:

Schedules, coordinates, and provides photographic services, including stills, motion pictures, and videotapes to support various promotional and organizational activities. Photograph products, equipment, and materials for use in marketing campaigns and online stores. Edit and enhance images to ensure high-quality visuals.

Website Management:

Update and maintain company websites using WordPress and Typo3. Ensure website content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO.

Webstore Management:

Oversee the updating and maintenance of online stores. Ensure product listings are accurate and visually appealing.

Content Creation:

Develop and distribute newsletters to engage with our audience and promote company updates. Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Social Media Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trade show coordinator:

Participates in the communications strategy and planning of exhibits or conventions, such as space required, as well as all promotional and display materials. Provides logistics and sets up contracts for meeting and reception areas, which may contain up to 2000 participants. Rental equipment for meetings, services, schools and month end meeting and trade show. Purchase promotional items such as: pens, key chains, models, hats, etc. and manages/coordinates the distribution of these items to branch offices and customers.

Education/Skills/Experience Requirements: Associates' or Bachelors' of Arts in marketing, graphic design, advertising, photography or related field. Experience with graphics programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premier Previous experience in Marketing/Sales strongly preferred Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with photography and photo editing. Familiarity with website management. Experience in managing webstores and creating newsletters. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
