Overview The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategy, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendor relationships simultaneously. They will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing omni-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth for Guitar Center and its vendors. This role will require collaboration across departments and an ability to balance the needs of both digital and in-store marketing initiatives.

This position is a unique opportunity for a marketing professional with agency experience or broad marketing expertise across channels and campaigns. The Partner Marketing Manager will work directly with vendors to plan and execute campaigns that span digital and stores, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities Marketing campaign management: Develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategies for vendors, ensuring alignment across digital and stores. Manage multiple vendor campaigns simultaneously, driving strategy, timelines, and execution to achieve performance targets. Serve as the marketing point of contact for vendors and merchants, ensuring clear communication and alignment with Guitar Center's marketing goals. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Merchandising, Merch Ops, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to execute integrated campaigns. Analytics & reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing vendors with detailed reporting on performance and ROI. Use data to optimize future campaigns and enhance the effectiveness of vendor marketing initiatives. Budget management: Coordinate with vendors, merchants, and Finance to ensure alignment on allocation, spend, and performance. Creative oversight: Provide direction to internal creative teams to develop campaign assets that meet vendor guidelines and align with Guitar Center's marketing objectives. Ensure the creative execution of campaigns is consistent across channels and supports the overall business strategy. To join our band, you'll need the following experience:

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting where managing multiple accounts and campaigns is key. Proven record of developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies. Familiarity with vendor marketing or co-op marketing strategies. Experience in retail or consumer-focused industries is a strong plus. Experience in developing omni-channel marketing strategies that leverage both digital and retail channels is a strong plus. Passion and proficiency for music gear is a strong plus. Skills

Broad marketing expertise, including paid media, email, and in-store/retail. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data. Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Supermetrics) and the ability to deliver actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on delivering top-line results. Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with external clients / vendors and cross-functional teams.

Pay Rate:

$115,000 - $130,000/yr depending on background and experience.

This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance.
