Manage and ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606. Review contracts to identify performance obligations and determine proper revenue accounting treatment. Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries and reconciliations for revenue-related accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, and Operations, to review agreements and resolve revenue-related inquiries. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparing revenue schedules and disclosures. Support external audits by preparing audit schedules and addressing inquiries related to revenue. Drive process improvements and automation for revenue-related accounting processes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE REVENUE ACCOUNTANT:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on revenue recognition. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 606. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software. Id: EB-1132926189
