The Senior Director Business Development Licensing will be responsible for leading business development within specific retail segments/categories, directly on behalf of TOUR or in partnership with CAA, and delivering incremental rights fees, royalties, and consumer data to TOUR. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field Minimum of 12 years of related work experience, with best-in-class organizations in relevant functional areas (e.g, golf, licensing, retail, strategic sales) strongly preferred Strong understanding of video games, collectibles, emerging technologies, and industry leading fan engagement programs Highly skilled writing and public speaking / presentation abilities Responsibilities: Identify new opportunities, evaluate potential partners, and negotiate deal terms in best interest of PGA TOUR, with a focus on the following areas: Esports, video games and other strategic digital initiatives Group licensing (on behalf of PGA TOUR Membership) Memorabilia and trading cards Retail channels (brick & mortar and e-commerce) Loyalty and rewards programs Sponsor integration Evaluate/support extensions of current licensing partners Build strategic executive relationships both internally and externally Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships, Business Development and Digital Media teams to derive greatest potential value from licensing partnerships Develop and encourage staff to pursue new tasks and challenges related to overall departmental goals and objectives Contribute to departmental operations, including staffing, budget management/ cost containment, and internal communications Special projects or other duties as requested About Us
