Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Litigation Attorney at Olsen & Brueggemann, APC. The role involves tasks such as preparing legal motions, representing clients in courts, assisting in trials and/or trial preparation, conducting depositions, and providing general legal counsel. While the role is primarily based in Manhattan Beach, CA, some remote work is allowed. Qualifications Law, Trials, and Motions experience Knowledge of court procedures and rules Experience in conducting depositions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Admission to the California State Bar Experience in Civil Litigation is a plus
