Location: Minneapolis, MN

Wage: $70,000 - $90,000/year

Hours: 1st shift, 6:30 am – 4 pm, Monday - Thursday, 6 am -11 am, Friday

Duties of the manufacturing engineer:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct R&D on process improvements
• Collaborate with fellow engineers, production, and production managers
• Apply mechanical design knowledge to various projects
• Contribute to the SMT and electronics/circuit industry
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms

Requirements of the manufacturing engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in the field (preferred)
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles
• Experience in the SMT and electronics/circuit industry (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
