SCRUM Master

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects using Scrum methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum/Agile practices and project management, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coach teams using Agile Scrum methodology and practices. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, demos, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to their defined goals. • Collaborate with the product owner on backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. • Provide detailed project deliverables, including kickoff presentations, project plans, budget reports, burndown/up charts, and capacity plans. • Guide the product owner and development team on Agile best practices to achieve customer satisfaction. • Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team to self-organize and optimize performance. • Work with stakeholders to resolve issues that may hinder team progress. • Report status and progress metrics to internal and client stakeholders while clearly articulating project risks. • Manage critical projects, customer engagements, or business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with the testing team to ensure successful execution of all testing phases, including unit, functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. • Conduct weekly project meetings and produce daily/weekly status reports. • Resolve blocking issues in collaboration with technical teams to meet client requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master’s degree. • 5 years of project management experience. • Strong analytical and technical skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Hands-on experience in scope and change management. • Strong leadership and motivation skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience or technical knowledge in managing Data Pods. • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Slack. Certifications • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Required. • Advanced CSM – Preferred. • PMP – Preferred.
