Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations and supervise Electronics Technicians, Quality Inspectors, CNC Machinists/Operators, and Shipping/Receiving staff. Monitor production activities to meet schedules, targets, and resource utilization. Ensure team training, coordinate with HR on hiring/evaluations, and maintain safety protocols. Inspect products, enforce quality standards, and implement quality control measures. Manage machinery upkeep, minimize downtime, and address safety concerns. Optimize production efficiency, identify improvements, and suggest cost-saving measures. Maintain production records, prepare reports (KPIs), and assist with inventory management and planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or business management. Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Skills: Technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and production processes. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
