The Director of Accounting Responsibilities ; The Director of Accounting will be responsible for the accounting functions from the expense side. Responsible for the review of the team, including hands on responsibility for month end close including creating and entering journal entries, reconciliations, heavy inter-company, accruals and allocations. Pension footnotes, incentive accruals, financial reporting. Pension footnotes, other related parts of expense footnotes Supporting audit (internal/external) Budgeting & forecasting. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications of the Director of Accounting CPA is a plus and SEC experience is a plus.
