Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Maple Grove, MN or Arden Hills, MN (2-3x per week)

Logistics: 12M Contract + Extensions / Conversion

Salary: $50-58/hr

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join one of our medical device clients in the Minneapolis, MN OR Marlborough, MA market. This resource will be instrumental in the creation of a mass data catalogue to be used across the enterprise, and will assist in driving the beginning stages of the initiative. This person will be working closely with multiple business lines, having the responsibility of creating relationships with other project managers, program managers, and data architects to ensure there is an effective process of data movement into the catalogue. The Business analyst will not only have the responsibility of process movement, but also hands on responsibilities handling data personally in creating interoperability of the data groups. This person will be expecting to work on-site 3 days per week, and having remote capabilities 2 days per week.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Direct working experience creating a mass data catalogue for a corporation
• 2+ years of experience working with Informatica
• Experience with having direct responsibilities coordinating with cross functional groups
• BS Degree, with 5+ years of experience, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
