Summary:
Join our team to spearhead the creation of an Organizational Health Dashboard, streamlining data across the spectrum to foster executive decision-making. This role demands consolidation and standardization of diverse datasets, alongside developing intuitive dashboards for real-time insights. Ideal candidates will exhibit a balance of technical proficiency, strategic acumen, and collaborative ethos in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Consolidation and Integration: Unify data from various metrics to a single source. Dashboard Development: Craft and optimize dashboards using Qlik Sense. Technical Expertise: Utilize SQL and Python for data manipulation; Google Sheets for integration. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to align data visuals with organizational objectives. Process Improvement: Establish and maintain data management and visualization best practices. Must-Have Skills:
Expertise in SQL and dashboard development tools like QlikSense. Proficient in data analysis and reporting via Google Sheets / Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Industry Experience:
Prior experience in tech or FinTech environments highly desirable.
