ABS RMBS CMBS Agency or CLOCDOs. Solid understanding of the mortgage products and processes used by mortgage lenders and servicers Including knowledge of underwriting loan origination processes and loan servicing practices. General knowledge of Capital market and vis-a-vis bond market structure is a must. Knowledge of financial cash flow modelling investor reporting and regulatory reporting will be an added advantage. Job Title: Mortgage Securitization SME / BA Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Mortgage Securitization Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Business Analyst with consulting mindset. The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of strong background in business analysis within the Securitization space in banking and financial services, with a deep understanding of products such as ABS, MBS, RMBS, CMBS, Agency, or CLO/CDOs. This role involves analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to implement effective IT solutions as well as providing expert guidance on complex Securitization transactions, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise:

Deep expertise & understanding of mortgage products and securitization products such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, Agency, or CLO/CDOs and associated processes within their life end to end cycle. Loan Life Cycle:

Specialize in the entire loan life cycle, value stream and business processes from lead/prospect management, loan originations, documentations, credit analysis, decisioning, loan fulfilment, loan servicing/management, collections, closure, post closure review, reporting. Modelling & Reporting:

Knowledge of financial & cash flow modelling, investor & regulatory reporting will be an added advantage Bond Market :

Strong understanding of Capital market products & functional landscape and more specifically understanding of bond market structure is critical Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and customized financial solutions. Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: Experience:

Over 10+ years of experience in mortgage and securitization products, or a related field. Experience in Agile environment:

Has experience using Agile principles to facilitate the planning of product development and implementation, creating user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritize them based on business value in the product backlog and coordinating with the product owner and other stakeholders for backlog refinement and sprint planning. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Experience with data analysis. knowledge of SQL is required. Knowledge of banking and financial services processes, compliance and regulations. Familiarity with IT systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in APIfication, understanding interfaces, touchpoints, data flows, request and response.
