About the role
Bright Interactive is seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities. If you're a detail-oriented multitasker with a can-do attitude, we'd love to have you on our team to help create a positive and productive work environment for our team.
Some of what you will do:
* Assist with office administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files and documents.
* Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials as needed.
* Provide support to the HR and finance departments, including processing paperwork, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll tasks.
* Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, including the kitchen, conference rooms, and reception area.
* Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
What will help you be successful:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in an office environment or similar role preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
