This role demands collaborating with end users for requirements gathering, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless business operations through effective SAP QM system configurations and support. Located in Sunnyvale, CA, this hybrid role offers a challenging opportunity to spearhead quality management initiatives and contribute significantly to our business processes optimized for quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Conduct business process blueprint sessions and document requirements. Design solutions aligning with business needs and create functional specifications. Configure SAP S/4 HANA QM modules and manage related settings. Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and conduct functional testing. Provide end-user training, support cutover planning, and ensure robust post-go-live support.Must Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA Quality Management configurations. Profound knowledge of creating and executing test scenarios for SAP QM. Strong ability in designing and documenting functional specifications for SAP QM solutions.
