Our client based in Chicago, IL is looking for a Branding and Promotion Assistant to join their team. This is an Entry Level role so no Promotional Experience is required. Marketing & Promotional Training & Support Provided!
The Branding and Promotion Assistant will play a crucial role in executing on-site promotional activities and enhancing brand visibility. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively represent the brand at various events and locations.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site promotional events to enhance brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on event goals and promotional strategies. Ensure all logistics, materials, and personnel are prepared for successful event execution. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand identity and values during on-site promotions. Engage with customers and potential clients, providing information about products or services. Build and maintain positive relationships with event attendees and local communities. Oversee the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise. Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines. Collect feedback on promotional materials to contribute to future improvements. Provide regular updates to the marketing team regarding on-site activities and consumer interactions Provide support in lead generation and customer acquisition efforts during on-site promotions.
This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Successful applicants will be crucial in creating a positive brand image and driving customer engagement at various on-site locations.
