ENL 2 CVUCompensation range:$48.32 - $66.89Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experienceShift: Nights Shift length: 12 HoursDays off: Variable Hours per pay period: 24POSITION SUMMARY:The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care. EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:Minimum: Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent (Required within one year of employment.)Hemodynamics or equivalent (Required within one year of employment.)Critical Care Course or equivalent (Required within one year of employment.)Desired:One year of acute nursing experienceSix months of critical care nursing experienceBasic Arrhythmia, Hemodynamics or Critical Care Course upon hire LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:Minimum:Current licensure with the California Board of Registered NursingCurrent CPR recognitionACLS (Required within 6 months of employment.)SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis.
