Specialty: General Cardiology Start Date: 01/27 Shift Details:• Monday Friday• 8:00am -5:00pm with 1 hour lunch• Frequency of Weekend Call requirement: none Schedule: Jan 27-30 Feb 5-7 Feb 17-19 Feb 26-28 Mar 3-7 Mar 24-28 Apr 2-4 Apr 14-16 Apr 23-25 Work Details: • Support Staff: 2 Physicians in group • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Monday - Friday • Patients per day: 16-20 patient per day • Patient Population/Age: 60+ • EMR: Cerner • Interview Process: Zoom • Skills Preferred: interpersonal and relational with staff and patients Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification Preferred: Boarded in General cardiology • License Required: AZ License • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS • Minimum Experience Required: 2 years Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
