Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. $18.50 - $20 hourly

• Answer phones and direct calls to the correct staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Receive clients, vendors, and drop-ins in person and direct them to the proper staff
• Do light cleaning around the office

Work Schedule:

• 6:00 am to 8:00 am AND 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday
• 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays
• Option to fill in for full-time receptionists when they are out for any reason.

• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
