Job Description: Director of GTM Operations As ISI accelerates its growth and focuses on scaling its operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of GTM Operations to play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This position is crucial to driving the alignment, efficiency, and execution of sales, marketing, and partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration to meet ISI’s ambitious growth objectives. This individual will oversee the implementation and refinement of GTM processes, tools, and metrics, providing data-driven insights that empower cross-functional teams to execute their initiatives effectively. The Director of GTM Operations will work closely with leadership to ensure our go-to-market strategies are aligned, streamlined, and scalable. GTM Strategy Execution: Lead and oversee the execution of the company’s GTM strategy, aligning sales, marketing, and partnership efforts to ensure cohesive, efficient, and scalable go-to-market initiatives. Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate close collaboration ensuring all teams are aligned on goals, strategies, and key initiatives. Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement best practices to streamline GTM processes, enhance team productivity, and improve overall execution across functions. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure GTM effectiveness, track performance against KPIs, and provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. Sales & Marketing Operations Optimization: Work to improve the effectiveness of the sales and marketing teams by optimizing their tools, processes, and resource allocation to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and implement GTM performance metrics, dashboards, and regular reporting to track progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment across teams. Technology & Tool Management: Oversee and manage key GTM tools and platforms, such as CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), and analytics tools, to ensure seamless integration and effective use across all teams. Forecasting & Planning: Support GTM planning and forecasting processes, ensuring that both short-term and long-term goals are aligned with company growth targets. Partner with CRO on Annual Planning & Board Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in the creation of the company’s annual GTM plan, as well as the preparation of the quarterly board packages, ensuring that all plans and performance data align with strategic goals and provide clear insights for board discussions. Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for this position. Experience & Expertise: 7+ years of experience in GTM operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity. GTM Process Mastery: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to execute and optimize GTM strategies across sales, marketing, and partnerships. Data-Driven Leadership: Strong ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive decisions that improve operational efficiency, team performance, and go-to-market outcomes. Technology Proficiency: Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (HubSpot), and analytics platforms. Experience managing and integrating multiple systems to streamline operations is essential. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with senior leaders across multiple functions, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. Process Improvement & Optimization: Experience identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing systems, tools, and strategies that drive operational excellence and measurable results. Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment around key strategic initiatives. Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or compliance solutions, with familiarity with industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Experience with Scaling GTM Operations: Experience scaling GTM operations in a high-growth environment, particularly in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Leadership in Fast-Paced Environments: A track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced, high-growth organizations. Proximity to Herndon, VA: Ideal candidates located near Herndon, VA, but remote work options are available. What We Offer:
