We also offer generous tuition/continuing education reimbursement programs, mentoring opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and Colleague Resource Groups.About the Role: This role (based in either our London or Warren, New Jersey offices) will be responsible for the development and implementation of a global claims data strategy that delivers reporting, insights and analytics to improve claim outcomes, inform risk selection, assist in the mitigation of operational risk, support audits and regulatory reporting, and inform broader transformational efforts. The Global Claims Data Lead is expected to interface with senior leadership and stakeholders, as well as participate in cross functional initiatives to deliver new capabilities including efforts to incorporate AI, Gen AI and automation into claims processes and workflows.Role & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Manage regional claims data teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.Deliver comprehensive dashboarding and reporting solutions that drive insights and transparency.Collaborate with technical claims teams to deliver and refine performance metrics.Oversee the deployment and integration of third-party data sources. Track, manage and enhance data quality.Collaborate with the group level Data and Analytics and Automation teams to leverage predictive analytics and automated workflows.Implement a strategic vision for claims data, incorporating automation, generative AI, and large language models.Provide data support for regulatory reporting as well as internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Ensure that all data and analytics outputs are reviewed for clarity, quality and accuracy.Develop and present annual budget and staffing plans, aligning resources with strategic goals.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.Proven experience in data management, with a focus on insurance claims data.Strong leadership experience in managing cross-regional teams.Deep understanding of predictive analytics and data quality management.Familiarity with Automation, Generative AI, and LLM technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, and BI tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on innovation and improvement.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Adept at working collaboratively across teams and departments.Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.Our CultureAt Everest, our purpose is to provide the world with protection.
