In this role, you will drive the successful execution of multiple product initiatives from conception through delivery and adoption. You will report to the Manager of Product Program Management and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and customer needs.  This full-time, hybrid position is based out of our Denver, CO office in the US.Technologies You’ll UseSlack, Height, Google Suite, other PMP toolsWhat You’ll DoCoordinate and program manage multiple concurrent product initiatives.Develop and manage detailed program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements across departments.Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and maintaining clear communication. Work closely with product management, engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and support to launch and drive the adoption of new features.Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, address roadblocks, and align on next steps.Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.Prepare and present regular program updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks.Identify opportunities to improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.Skills We’re Looking For5+ years of program management experience. Prior experience overseeing cloud-based software products from concept to launch.Knowledge of market trends, SaaS business models, and financial implications of product decisions.Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills; experience with market research and competitive analysis.An understanding of the needs, preferences, and behaviors of users throughout the product development process.Mastery of Program Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excels at prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Thrives and excels in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications.#LI-HYBRID #LI-KM3The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level.
