The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.#LI-SD1Coordinates a program of research to develop a concept or concepts to solve an unmet need or meet a business opportunity as defined by Program Leadership With management oversight, guide a cross functional research team to coordinate activities to achieve milestones to advance concept development toward overall sub program goalsWith management oversight, guide a cross functional research team design solutions to meet the objective of the sub programStrong research design knowledge - works independently with project teams to design and write research protocols utilizing appropriate research design principlesWorks independently to perform appropriate analysis and to write reports, delivering clear conclusions and next steps, with management oversight.Manage established external partners to complete research investigations. Including defining scope of work; managing contracting process; data ownership; milestones and reporting With management oversight, ensure that invention applications are filed With management oversight applies learnings from prior experience, current trends in clinical research, and competitor awareness to product development activity and/or invention applications; publishes or presents in scientific forums as needed;With management oversight, applies knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical devices (IRB / IDE / Design Control/ PMA etc.) and identifies gaps in research SOPs.
