Along with ensuring delivery of services, this position is also focused on delivery quality, internal and external stakeholder management, and escalation management.As an impassioned and trusted advisor, you will help our clients quickly realize and quantify the value driven by the Adobe products.What you'll Do Achieve customer and partner satisfaction through successful delivery of advisory and field servicesUnderstand and maintain detailed and historical understandings of a customer’s installation and technical architecture landscapes.Work closely with experienced delivery teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program and client project successLeverage multi-solution practitioner expertise to identify technical debt and propose options and solutions.Interact frequently with internal & client stakeholders via phone, email, and/or in-person—including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executivesBuild and maintain positive relationships with program partners and leadership of cross-functional teamsCoordinate customer issue resolution activities across Adobe including support, consulting, sales, services, and product organizations.Surface data-backed insights to drive decision-making and facilitate tradeoff discussionsDevelop capacity plans and build weekly, monthly and quarterly based delivery reporting and roadmapsWhat you need to succeed Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the Digital Marketing Cloud space, preferably on Adobe DX productsA strong understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies. Practical experience in an agile development projects a plusDeep technical knowledge of one or more MarTech solution: content & experience, data insights and audiences, commerce, customer journey’s, etc.Able to build positive relationships and generate opportunities for repeat business.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, understand the impact of technical challenges and articulate high-level solutions to address and quickly resolve business problemsA driven problem solver and collaborative business partner, who is well-organized and detailed with strong presentation and reporting skillsProfessional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout Adobe, and communicating with client managers, directors, and VPs including CMOs and CXOsStrong verbal, presentation and written communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution skillsWillingness to travel up to 50%.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,700 -- $196,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
