Job Description
Essential Duties
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Directors to implement promotional digital content for rooms and food & beverage outlets. Website Management
Oversee and manage Fairmont Miramar’s microsite and brand sites, ensuring traffic and engagement through best practices, content updates, and innovative design. Keep all website content, including images and copy, up to date across brand and third-party platforms. Liaise with the corporate office for website enhancements and functionality upgrades. Social Media Management
Develop campaigns to grow social media presence, email subscribers, and drive bookings. Manage publishing on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for the hotel and affiliate brands. Engage in community management and coordinate with influencers for promotional campaigns. Content Creation
Design and produce visual assets within Fairmont’s brand guidelines, including promotional collateral, printed materials, digital banners, and presentations. Organize and manage photo and video shoots on the property. Lead graphic design initiatives for various promotional campaigns. Digital Marketing
Coordinate with display ad agencies for campaign implementation and monthly reporting. Manage and optimize the hotel’s presence on online travel agency (OTA) platforms. Implement and monitor Meta and Google ads, as well as email marketing campaigns. Qualifications Experience and Skills Required
Minimum of three years of marketing experience in a related field. Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, WordPress CMS, and Google Analytics. Expertise in graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to create compelling social media content.
