Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and handle mediations. Work directly with clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to their needs. Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in complex civil litigation, with a strong preference for cyber, privacy, or data-related litigation experience. Skills: Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication abilities. Attributes: A highly motivated team player with a critical thinking mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Bar Membership: Active membership in the MA State Bar or eligibility to practice in MA. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Membership in good standing with the MA State Bar. Skills
Proficiency in managing all stages of complex litigation. Strong ability to work independently while fostering collaboration. Expertise in privacy law and data innovation issues.
