Internal Medicine Physician

A facility in Santa Cruz, CA is looking for Internal Medicine coverage starting in January for Mon - Fri 8a-5p. Would you be interested in hearing more? * ASAP- as soon as credentialed - 6 months to a year * Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1 hour lunch * Duties: Typical IM clinic population average age 70. About half male/female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc * EMR: Cerner * Patients per Day: Other providers seeing 12-18 a day depending upon complexity (includes new patients) * Support Staff: MA's, MOR's, APP (one in clinic) and RN assigned to clinic * Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months * Requirements: Board Certification - BC in Internal Medicine, will consider candidate BC in FM, California license, BLS
