The Risk Management & Patient Safety Director will join a Magnet recognized medical center and work collaboratively with the Quality and Compliance departments.This 350+ bed hospital is well-established and key health resource in its community. The Risk Management & Patient Safety Director will report to the Vice President of Quality and Risk Management and will help lead an amazing team of Registered Nurses. The Nurse Leader will play a vital role in upholding quality standards and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Risk Management & Patient Safety Director will also be responsible for developing quality improvement initiatives and identifying risk factors. Preferred requirements include CPHRM certification, 5+ years of nurse leadership experience and experience working in Risk Management and Patient Safety. This position also requires experience using Team STEPPS and managing regulatory audits.
